We had the opportunity to work with Jonah Stevens from Royal Home Solutions earlier this year.
A family member had passed and we were left to sell the property that was not in very good shape. We received a letter from Jonah stating that he bought such properties and that he would like for us to contact him.
Truthfully, we were a bit reticent to answer his letter. When we called him he explained how his company would buy the property with the intent to sell it afterwards. So, we met with him and showed him the property.
From that point on, Jonah was dedicated to working with us. His mission was to get the paperwork started in an extremely timely manner. He was always available by phone, or email.
